Rental prices

> High season (July 1st until September 15 and December 15 untill January 15)
  € 895,00 weekly – for two guests

> Low season (all other dates)
   € 795,00 weekly – for two guests

> For every extra guest - € 70,00 a week

> All prices are exclusive 10% gouvernmenttax

The price include:
- Household staff (they cook, wash/iron and clean your villa daily)
- Gardener
- Security
- Helpdesk
- The evening of your arrival we offer you dinner and breakfast the next morning
- Towels, bath towels and change of bed linen
- WIFI

The rent is exclusive:
- Energy consumption. The price of the energy at normal consumption is € 1.50 per day per person and is deducted from the deposit.
